Kakejiku (hanging scroll), ink, colours, and gold on silk, in silk mounts, depicting a shrub of shūkaidō (Begonia grandis) growing from a ground of small flowers, signed and sealed Uge Dōitsu, with a wood tomobako storage box titled Shūkaidō Dōitsu hitsu (Begonia, brushed by Dōitsu), signed and dated Mizunoto-u shunjitsu Uge Dōitsu dai (Inscribed by Uge Dōitsu on a spring day in 1903) and sealed Dōitsu
