45. Yves Saint Laurent Boutique, Couture collection, Autumn-Winter 1966. Black wool dress. Designed by Yves Saint Laurent Trapeze shape, round neckline, small sleeves, cut-out effect. White label, black graphics sewn back on. This dress from the Boutique collection is a reinterpretation of the same model from the Haute Couture collection, with a few variations on the belt loops. Production of the Boutique collection is very similar to that of the Haute Couture collection, in terms of materials, finishes and quantity produced.
