Acquired by the current owner Private collection, Paris This edition comprises 632 unique prints, distributed as follows: 40 portfolios, each containing four prints, signed and numbered in pencil on the reverse. The remaining 472 prints were used by architects Johnson & Burgee for the Marquette Hotel in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In 1981, when they were removed from the hotel, these prints were signed, numbered 1/470 to 470/470, and dated in pencil on the reverse; two of them were marked "HC". They were stamped in black on the reverse with the words "Hotel Marquette Prints".
