63. A group of Meissen tableware, circa 1750-60
Comprising a salt with ridged moulding decorated with deutsche Blumen, a dinner plate with relief-moulded borders decorated with four bird cartouches edged in gilt and a spray of polychrome flowers and scattered blooms to the well, and a large serving dish with feathered puce borders moulded in basket-weave relief and three rocaille cartouches reserved with various fruits and flowers, the well decorated with fruits and vegetables in polychrome enamels, the large dish: 34cm diam., the dinner plate: 26.8cm diam., the salt: 10.3 x 4cm crossed swords mark in underglaze-blue, impressed numbers, (3)
