7. 7W Two wood planters incorporating sections of Marinid carved wood panels North Africa, 14th/ 15th Century the front and one side of each carved with inscriptions in kufic on a ground of split palmettes each 90 x 42 x 31 cm.(2) Inscriptions: a repeat of al-ghibta al-mutasila, 'Continuous bliss'. Provenance Formerly in a private French collection since the 1960s.
