Four Meissen teabowls and saucers, circa 1735 Each saucer painted with a Chinoiserie scene within iron-red circles, the teabowls with a continuous Chinoiserie scene, gilt scrollwork borders to the rims, the reverse of the saucers with flower sprigs, the teabowls: 7.9cm high; the saucers: 12.5cm diam., crossed swords marks in underglaze-blue, gilt "9." to one teabowl, gilt "58." to the rest (minor wear) (8) Provenance Comm.
