Provided with the band with pendant and the plaque of the Order of the Lion and the Sun (First Class Knight); the left side of the jacket provided with chain with miniatures: Commemorative Medal of the Coronation of Mohammed Reza Pahlavi (1967), Medal of the Crown (Knight), of George I (Greece) (Commander), of the Crown (Belgium) (Official Knight), of Merit (Grand Duchy of Luxembourg) (Knight Grand Cross), National of Cedar (Lebanon) (Knight of the Grand Cross), of San Silvestro (Papal State) (Knight of the Grand Cross), to Merit (Italy) (Official Knight), of San Silvestro (Papal State) (Knight) and of the Lion and the Sun (Iran) (Knight of the Grand Cross).
