A carved wood figure of a standing, dressed in a fine robe that drapes to one side, with the body slightly bent at the hip. On the head.
Southern Vietnam, possibly 6th-7th century

This sculpture may be carved from Sao wood and is stylistically linked to the Oc Eo culture of southern Vietnam in the Mekong Delta, where a port of the Funan culture flourished between the 2nd and 12th centuries, which may have been known to the Greeks and Romans as Cattigara.
A similar example is housed at the Ho Chi Minh City Museum of History.
