A fine and rare two-handed sword dating: second quarter of the 16th Century provenance: Venice, Straight, double-edged blade of hexagonal section, with a long tang of rectangular section slightly tapered downwards and crossed by three fullers, the central one continues along the forte of the blade; always at the forte, Venetian marks and two rests at the base. Cross-shaped hilt with long rounded quillons at the base, rounded and faceted at the ends, similar to the pommel, two rings worked en suite in the central part. The center of crossguard decorated with grooves. The pommel rising and faceted. Wooden grip with coils covered with leather (probably of later date). length 154,5 cm.
