A JIZHOU BLACK-GLAZED BOWL 宋 吉州窰黑釉盞 China, Song dynasty The slightly rounded conical bowl flares at the rim and rests on a straight, almost solid foot with a low-cut foot ring. Foot and base show the yellowish-beige biscuit, and the rest of the bowl is covered with a matt dark brown glaze with overall crazing. D: 9.2cm Provenance: Irish private collection 出处: 愛爾蘭私人收藏 NOTE Jizhou bowls with black-glazed without any decorations are rare. Compare a similar bowl with a silver rim sold at Christie's Hong Kong, 2rd December 2015, lot 3175, another one sold at Christie's 27th November, 2019, lot 3064.
