A KASHAN TURQUOISE GLAZED POTTERY BORDER TILE, 12TH-13TH CENTURY A turquoise-glazed pottery border tile from Kashan, dating back to the 12th-13th century. This rectangular tile features an intricate relief design of scrolling foliage and geometric patterns, with a central raised rosette.  The back side includes a central hole, suggesting its use as an architectural element, possibly adorning a grand structure. Dimensions: 42 x 17cm
