A SIX-FOLD SCREEN (BYOBU) DEPICTING THE BATTLE AT UJI BRIDGE. Japan, early Edo period, 17th c. 148 Χ 362 cm (total size). Ink, colours, gold and silver as well as gold leaf on paper. Painted with the famous scene from the Heike Monogatari. Signs of age, minor damages and restorations.
