A wakizashi in handachi koshirae dating: Muromachi-Momoyama Era (before 1600) provenance: Japan Shinogi-zukuri blade, Iori-mune. Nagasa: 52.5 cm. Visible hamon and hada. Nakago-jiri: Iriyamagata. Mei: Kanemoto. One mekugi-ana. Late Koto, Momoyama period. Silver-plated metal habaki in two layers. In Handachi-type Koshirae with Edo-era iron Tsuba, Maru-gata, carved and pierced with a crane. Seppa with the same patina as the Habaki. Fuchi and Kabutogane in shakudo worked en suite with raceme engravings. Menuki worked in relief (Buddhist wheels?). Old Tsuka-ito in leather with Same in white ray skin. Black lacquered old Saya with metal mounts en suite with Fuchi and Kabutogane. A kogatana mumei with smooth kozuka. length 74,5 cm.
