A very rare document, printed in a small number, comprising the text of the treaty in English and French accompanied by three large fold-out maps. The Paulet-Newcombe Agreement, concluded in March 1923 between the French and British governments, concerned the borders between the French Mandate in Syria and Lebanon and the British Mandate in Palestine. The current Israeli-Lebanese and Israeli-Syrian borders are defined by these agreements, with the exception of areas disputed as a result of subsequent conflicts between Israel, Lebanon and Syria.
