Adam, la Revue de l'Homme, a rare men's fashion magazine, approximately seventy issues, 1932-1937, luxurious monthly publication created by Edmond Dubois in 1925. Six bound volumes, In-4°. For the years concerned, most of the covers and interior colour plates were illustrated by P. Garetto, H. Lang and Jean Oberlé; from 1933 onwards, colour photographic covers appeared. Each issue was illustrated with numerous advertisements by the best fashion designers. Throughout the seasons, well-documented and illustrated articles described men's fashion trends for all occasions of the day and for the essential periods of hunting, winter sports and summer holidays by the sea (1932: full year ?, some covers missing. The other years complete with their 12 issues but with 1 to 5 pages missing or partially cut out. One binding damaged, others in fair condition).
