Oblong album with illustrated cover, containing a collection of over 250 antique postcards, mainly French, arranged in cut-out tabs. Themes represented: festive scenes and greetings, patriotic and military cards, urban and architectural views (Reims, Limoges, Paris, etc.), religious buildings (churches and cathedrals), historical sites and regional landscapes (particularly Auvergne and Rhône-Alpes), as well as rural and folk scenes. Numerous printed maps in black and white, some in colour, with visible postage dated between the end of the XIXᵉ century and the 1930s.
