Tondo relief with Rest on the Flight into Egypt
Italian relief, probably from the 18th or 19th century, made of white Carrara marble after a well-known transverse octagonal and transverse oval bronze relief by Algardi (examples in the Victoria & Albert Museum in London, The Fitzwilliam Museum in Cambridge and the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, among others).
