From a Künker 78 sale, 2002, No. 4581, then from the Annemarie and Gerd Köhlmoos collection, No. 1018.
NGC MS 62 (6639741-033).
The 1 of the date is mirrored. Minimal hairlines in the fields. Very nice golden highlights. Superb at Fleur de coin.
Baden strikes ducats with Rhine gold at 22 carats 6 grains, i.e. 935/1000 (instead of 987/1000). The weight of these ducats is therefore slightly higher to compensate for the lower titre.
