An extremely rare horse armour part dating: 16th Century provenance: Ottoman Empire, The front part of the armour is realized of numerous, rectangular, iron plates (a lot colored in red), held by a mail of iron, riveted rings. Restored, some replaced plate, the missing rings replaced with modern ones but with the same riveted latch.
