Papal arms to title-page, portrait of the Pope on verso, woodcut initials (water damage to the first three leaves affecting text, widespread dampstains especially at beginning and end, a few spots). Contemporary full vellum, title lettered to spine in manuscript (worn). [WITH:] PHILOPONUS, Ioannes (490-570 AD). In duos Priores analyticos Aristotelis libros commentarii [WITH:] Expositio...in libros Analyticos Aristotelis posteriores. Venice: Valgrisi, 1560. Folio, 2 works in one vol. (315 x 220mm). Printer's device to both title-pages and on the colophon of the second work (marginal dampstaining, especially to second work). Disbound. Provenance: various contemporary annotations; ownership inscriptions on title-page: 'Di Me Flaminio Bonetti'; 'Scipionis Orzesii...'. Early ownership inscriptions.
