ANNAM - 38 small Song and Ming period jars of various coverings (in closed display case). Attached is a statuette of a young woman holding her child (head glued back together), 8 round ointment boxes, decorated in relief or in blue & white, and a cat-shaped incense burner. H. 3.5 cm - 7.3 cm Diam. 2.5 - 8.5 cm Condition: 1 level of one of the round boxes glued back together Note: 2 pieces qing period 1 Korean coin Yi period 2 pieces Qing Bai 4 rooms Annam Xve - XVIe 12 rooms Ming period 23 pieces Sub Cottail 1 white cover box, several of these boxes were found on the Vung Tau Cargo sunk in 1690, the contents having been found and sold at Christie's Amsterdam on 7 April 1992, see example lot 32 to 458.
