In-folio (56 x 42 cm) of [2] ff. 141 pp, green morocco, smooth spine decorated with 4 pieces of red morocco with gilt title and fleurons, frieze framing the covers, fleur-de-lys irons in the spandrels, arms of the Hôtel-Dieu de Rouen in a circular floral frieze in the centre of the covers, gilt roulette on the edges and endpapers (period binding). Title illustrated with the arms of the Hôtel-Dieu, floral framing on most of the pages. Some wear to the binding (rubbed), rare brown stains. Ex-libris JM on the upper flyleaf.
