APULIAN RED-FIGURE LEKANIS WITH LADY OF FASHION. Ca. 330 - 300 BC. A red-figure lekanis comprising a shallow bowl on a low stepped ring foot and a domed cover surmounted by a tall stemmed knob. The bowl interior features a central tondo with a "Lady of Fashion" in left profile, her hair bound in a sakkos with beaded fillet and added white earrings and necklace, enclosed by a reserved band and a wave band.
