APULIAN XENON WARE EPICHYSIS WITH LAUREL LEAVES Ca. 325 - 275 BC. A Xenon ware epichysis with a tall, curved handle and sharply upturned spout. The ovoid body is decorated with a frieze of red laurel leaves arranged horizontally on a black-glazed ground. A row of vertical strokes accentuates the shoulder.
