APULIAN XENON WARE KYLIX WITH LAUREL LEAVES AND PALMETTE Ca. 330 - 280 BC. A shallow ceramic kylix with a wide body on a low foot, flanked by two horizontal handles curving outward. The black-glazed surface is decorated in orange-red pigment with a central palmette flanked by two concentric circles, surrounded by a continuous frieze of elongated laurel leaves.
