Light sabre of the Imperial Guard infantry type, brass mounting, wooden spindle covered with basane and brass filigree, single limb hilt, curved quillon, curved blade with hollow sides engraved with arms trophies and floral motifs, signed on the heel "IGB" (Iohannnes BOEGEL in Solingen), leather scabbard with 2 brass fittings (remnant of silvering): L: 81.5 cm, blade: 67.5 cm. Blade with oxidation stains. Restauration-Monarchie de Juillet period. ABE Model probably used by the National Guard.
