Light cavalry officer's sabre with gilt brass mounting, hilt with one rounded limb and line-decorated with semi-spherical curved quillon and lower half-ears engraved with a palm leaf, pommel with short tail and oval cap decorated with a zig-zag frieze, squared ebony spindle, curved blade with hollow sides and counter-edge, quarter gilded, engraved with foliage and trophies of arms, brass scabbard engraved with foliage on both sides with 2 moulded bracelets, asymmetrical iron sting.
