LOUIS XVI PERIOD ARMOIRE, PORT WORK, PROBABLY BORDEAUX In mahogany, mahogany and lemon veneer, the cornice encircled by a frieze with serrated decoration, the front opening with two doors and revealing an interior fitted with shelves, the rounded front jambs with flutes filleted with asparagus stems and surmounted by Corinthian capitals, the rear jambs in pilaster form, the tapered and fluted legs, the burnished steel and gilt bronze lock.
