Partial armour comprising : - A suji-bashi kabuto type helmet with 62 slats, centred on a tehen-kanamono with a gilded chrysanthemum motif and stylised incised foliage. The shikoro (helmet-guard) has five black lacquered kittsukozane blades, laced with kebiki-odoshi, the fukigeashi bearing a Mon depicting a Kata-bami flower (Oxidation of the helmet).- The iron cuirass is of the nimai-okegawa-dô type, the two lower blades laced with blue sugake-odoshi, the kusazuri skirt has seven sides of black lacquered blades, laced with blue sugake-odoshi, the upper edge of the blades wavy at the front, straight at the back. - The handles are kote, iron mesh with small plates.
