Danish control and publisher's labels on reverse. Danish work, mid 20th century. 92 x 48 x 52 cm (seat height: 46 cm) (Slight wear from use).

Did you know? Born in Denmark, Vodder studied in Copenhagen with his friend and mentor, the legendary Danish designer Finn Juhl. The pair went on to work together, establishing themselves as one of Scandinavia's most eminent mid-century designers. In the 1950s and 1970s, Vodder's furniture designs were used by President Jimmy Carter in the White House and President Anwar Sadat in Cairo.
