It was exhibited in the service room "park side". Jean Vatout's book mentions this portrait: "Behind this portrait, in Mademoiselle's own handwriting, is written Berjère alent a la faite du village voisin". There is a copy of this painting made in the 19th century by Auguste de Creuse (1806-1839), commissioned by Louis-Philippe for the Musée Historique de Versailles in 1839.
