Author: various ancient writers Printed in Venice 1559 by P. Gironimo Giglio and companions Volume 1/16 Folio, non-original paper cover with label bearing the title of the work, binding ribs in the rib, two books in one. Good condition, some stains, corners of pages bent and partly worn. Nice typographical mark and opening capital lettering in the first book. It should be noted that the mark represents a triangle/ pyramid and the symbol was used by printers against forgeries. The work is a collection of ancient texts on veterinary medicine, on horses, translated from Greek into Italian.
