BACTRIAN ALABASTER COLUMN IDOL
Ca. 2200 - 1700 BC.
A tall columnar idol with slightly flaring ends, each terminating in a flat, circular face. A single broad, shallow groove is cut across the surface of each end, extending onto the adjoining vertical faces along two opposite sides.
