It bears the date "Tuesday 8 June - 10 days before the 18th". Her husband told her that the General had sent her "your photo and a letter for our museum, thank you from the bottom of my heart as a 'dirty Gaullist'". She is in Canada, where the people are very kind... She signed her name "your faithful Josephine" and added underneath: "Baker / Bouillon / Gaulliste".
