BANQUETTE FROM THE EARLY 19th CENTURY Stamped by Jean-Joseph Chapuis (1765-1864) In mahogany and mahogany veneer, the openwork headboards decorated with antique urns, resting on eight sheathed legs, upholstered in geometric fabric on a cream background, stamped CHAPUIS on one of the headboards; small accidents and missing pieces, reinforcements at the waist, the veneer lightened by the sun.
