Baroque walnut cabinet, veneered. Straight, highly rectangular body flanked by wide, angled corner pilaster strips on a narrow frame and moulded feet. Two doors in the compartmentalised front. Slightly protruding cornice as the upper finish. Wide framed veneer panels over the entire surface, bordered by ribbon inlays and intertwined banding in the front. Completed; h. 187.5 cm. 161 cm x 64 cm. A South German walnut veneered Baroque chest of drawers. Later additions. South German. 18th century.
