Baroque tabernacle secretary à trois corps walnut, veneered. Straight, rectangular body on a narrow fillet frame and moulded feet. Three curved drawers in the compartmentalised front. Slightly protruding, moulded top panel as a support for the sloping, hinged work surface, flanked by two small drawers. Corresponding top with cambered tabernacle door above, flanked by drawers with central locking. Pedestal-shaped top with flat curved pediment and shell finial. Wide framed veneer panels over the entire surface, bordered by ribbon inlays. H. 180 cm. 104 cm x 58 cm. A South German walnut veneered Baroque writing cabinet. South German. Circa 1750.
