BEAUVAISIS: Pair of large stoneware tobacco pots, decorated on each side with applique motifs, one of a woman taking a drink and the other of a man smoking. The side handles represent the head of a fantastic animal, its mouth wide open. The rest of the decoration is made up of vine shoots and vines, the brass lids (a few knocks), the handle in the shape of a ball. Second half of the 19th century. Height: 32 cm - width at handles: 26 cm - diameter: 20 cm. Slight crazing, a few small chips.
