Jean BEHOURT, Regent of the Collège des Bons-Enfants, Rouen, grammarian and playwright, born in this town towards the middle of the 16th century, and died at the beginning of the following century. In 1607, in 1 large vol. in-8, he composed an abridgement of the Latin grammar of Despautère, a work which was in turn abridged, and which was used for a long time in classes.
