Czechoslovakian hunter's beret. Blue cloth, in 2 parts, sweatband in unbleached cloth. Some moth holes and sun fading. Czech metal badge 3 cm high x 2.7 cm wide with pin fastening. This item was found in the Hauts de France by Mr Bardiaux, whose museums are close to the commune of Neuville Saint Vaast and its monument to the memory of the Czech troops who fought alongside the French army. Wear from use, patina. Czechoslovakian Chasseur Beret Dark blue wool beret made of two pieces, unbleached linen sweatband. A few moth holes and sun fading. Fitted with 3 × 2.7 cm Czech metal badge with pinback. Found in northern France by Mr. Bardiaux, near Neuville-Saint-Vaast and the Czech troops' memorial. Signs of wear, patina.
