Very rare series of engravings reproducing objets d'art and furnishings designed by the Countess de Biencourt (1839-1929), daughter of the Marquis de Chaponay. The first suite comprises an ornate title and eight plates etched by the architect Émile Rivoalen; the second, a title and eight plates (including one with three subjects), etched by Marguerite de Biencourt, daughter of the artist and wife of Robert de Clermont-Tonnerre. A total of 18 plates. Very fine proofs with full margins. One of them is of a smaller size.
