A piece of sentimental jewellery, probably 19th century Russian, in 585 yellow gold, set with a medallion encircled by 46 rose-cut diamonds of various sizes (approx. 0.50 ct). It opens on a hinge to hold a souvenir (missing). The whole is decorated with finely chased foliate scrolls, the sides enhanced with 16 diamonds, 5 on each side in the form of a cross (for a total weight of approx. 3 cts). weight 88 g., medallion width 45 mm, wrist width 65 mm
