In particular, the two sirens holding the oval pharmaceutical cartouche recall the medallion with the reserve with Peleus and Thetis in the large jug in the Museo Correr, Venice (L. Mallè, Maioliche italiane dalle origini al Settecento, Milan 1974, no. 38).
