Bohemian Baroque lidded goblet with stag hunt Colourless glass, ruby glass spiral threads melted into the shaft. Slightly ascending disc base with a break, baluster shaft with disc nodi, the conical dome with a rounded base decorated with an all-round, tripartite pattern of a striding hunter, a leaping dog and a fleeing red deer flanked by stylised trees. Slightly domed lid with leafy vine border, the obelisk-shaped knob with pierced air bubble. H. 30.7 cm. A Bohemian engraved glass goblet and cover with deer hunting scene and ruby spiral twist stem.
