The First Consul confirms the appointment of Philippe Mangeard "in the title and status of notary at the residence of Charny, department of Meuse". With apostille indicating the inscription of this commission in the registers of the civil court of first instance of Verdun (Verdun, 30 pluviôse year XII-20 February 1804).
