One of the copies of the limited edition of 8 volumes in large format in-4°, the current edition having appeared in 18 volumes in-8°. A charming uncollated copy with imperial arms. Provenance: Collection of Princess Marie-Clotilde Bonaparte, Countess of Witt, which has remained in the family to this day.
