ABYSSINIAN "AMHARA" SHIELD
Conical leather shield with raised edge, decorated with four bosses and numerous strips and plates of cut brass, engraved with geometric and interlaced motifs. The interior is covered in red cloth (worn) and has a heavy leather handle.
