BREGUET 18k (750) yellow gold "Empire" modטle mid-size wristwatch No. 4263 Case : round, back with א snap closure, flutedיe middle, signי and numיrotי Dial: silverי and guillochי with Roman numerals, stylisיs hands and perlיe minute track, signי Movement: mechanical with manual winding Diameter: 31 mm Gross weight 32,7 g The Breguet Empire watches of the 1960s were equipped with Peseux calibres, part of a period of transition for the company. After the upheavals of the post-war period, Breguet was gradually reconstituting its horological identity by relying on Swiss movements that had been יprouvedי. Peseux calibres, in particular the rיfיrences mיcaniques א remontage manuel, יquipped many crיations in the Empire collection at the time. These movements offered a solid technical base, enabling א Breguet to offer wristwatches יlיgantes in the spirit of the house, while maמtrising production cots. The Empire aesthetic of this period privileיgiated gold cases, dials often guillochי in the Breguet tradition, and characteristic "Breguet" hands in blued steel. These piטces tיmoignent a יpoque oש la maison cherchait א perpיtuer son hיritage tout en adaptant aux rיalitיs industrielles contemporaines. poinחon : tךte d'aigle Condition report : Sold in י condition, traces of use wear visible throughout, browning of gold on bezel, movement works intermittently, prיvoir a rיvision complטte, no warranty.
