The hand-wound mechanical movement is signed Breitling and is housed in a circular case with a diamond buckle, centred on a sapphire and adorned with an asymmetrical spray of sapphires, emeralds and diamonds. Surmounted by precious stones and diamonds, in the centre of a secret case topped by a Ceylon sapphire and opened by pressing a diamond, a Breitling Manufacture watch equipped with a hand-wound mechanical movement. The bracelet was made by master jeweller Albert Geisen and designed by Jean Etienne Rouzies on a special commission from Madame Jeanne Aubert, a famous actress of the 1930s.
