Brooch in 18k (750 thousandths) yellow gold, octagonal shape, 0.76 ct. round brilliant diamonds (confirmed by the Florence goldsmith's letter). In the centre, a supposedly antique coin of the Emperor Domitian (81-96 AD) (authenticity not confirmed by the expert). The letter attesting to the purchase in Florence in August 1987 is attached.
